Leadership Assessment

The Energy Leadership Index Assessment is a unique, proprietary, attitudinal assessment that provides an objective view of how you show up in the world. It enables you to identify and understand your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors and overall leadership abilities.

The results of the assessment offer a clear roadmap for personal growth, and an invaluable opportunity to know and view yourself from an objective perspective.

After completing the assessment, I will provide a comprehensive debrief. We will discuss, in detail, your specific results, bring awareness to what is working, as well as what might be holding you back, and how you can put these new powerful insights into sustainable action.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching is a catalyst for deep and profound change for you as well as everyone you engage with, professionally and personally.

Positive immediate impact. Trackable results. Sustainable, lasting change.

The 1:1 coaching starts with a 90-minute discovery session in which we will build the foundation for our work together. During this initial session, we will cover a detailed intake process that will help us get crystal clear on what you would like to achieve in our time together. 

Coaching programs are a 3-month minimum commitment, comprised of 8 sessions, to ensure we can build the foundation for growth and enable you to achieve powerful results.

Sessions are conducted virtually on a weekly or bimonthly schedule.

Positive Intelligence

The Positive Intelligence course uses a science-based, results-driven approach to significantly strengthen mental clarity, improve focus, and develop adaptive resilience. These skills are proven to optimize performance and effectiveness while reducing stress.

The study of Positive Intelligence was developed by Stanford lecturer and New York Times best selling author,  Shirzad Chamine. 

The Positive Intelligence eight week course combines learnings from neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, and the study of emotional intelligence. These fundamental disciplines inform the tools, techniques, and practices used to strengthen the three core mental muscles of Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness.
